I'm not familiar with some of the ingredients listed on this sleep aid, but whatever they have included in their proprietary blend seems to be a winning formula for sleep! I'm happy to report that it works!

 

I regularly take GABA because it improves the quality of my sleep, and it helps with my anxiety. I've tried Melatonin in small doses before, but it didn't make much for me. I've never tried GABA and Melatonin together, so this product caught my attention.

This supplement helped me sleep better and helped with the sleep anxiety too.  The list of ingredients are overall interesting and some of them are also recommended for anxiety. The amount of Melatonin (10mg) per serving (2 capsules) is a bit higher than I'm used to, but this product didn't make me feel drowsy. I'm also very interested in the amount of GABA per serving, but unfortunately, the ingredient is under the proprietary blend.

 

I have the worst time falling asleep. My brain refuses to shut off and the second I try to lay down I immediately feel awake no matter how exhausted I am during the day. As you can imagine I've tried a lot of sleep supplements. Most of them make me feel foggy the next day. After taking this one I fell asleep q lot quicker and don't feel that sleep hangover the next day. What an amazing feeling!

 

I took 2 capsules before bed last night, fell asleep relatively quickly, which I usually do. The difference was, I stayed asleep all night! I have had a lot of restless nights lately and needed a little help, but don’t like to take prescribed sleeping medications as I don’t want to become dependent on them. The best part was I woke up refreshed and feeling great, not drowsy like some melatonin pills have left me feeling in the past. I plan on using these occasionally after a few bad nights, but am really impressed with how they helped me sleep!

 

A fun innovative brand with unique ingredients. Seemed to help me sleep more deeply and not wake up in the middle of the night. I would recommend for others.These definitely help me sleep. I usually wake up several times a night and that has become less taking these.
